How are things going with this bored upgrade?

I know Duck reported a problem with the ignore feature. Investigating that and will try to fix.

Still have a number of cosmetic tweaks to make. Let me know if you would like anything changed.

How do things look on mobile devices? The bored looks good on my iPhone but I have not tried on other devices.

I will be deleting users with zero posts. This board should have better security but some bots may have infiltrated the user base due to holes in the old software. If you get any shady messages please let me know.

Things are looking good from my end. I've mostly viewed on Android (Pixel 3a).

My only minor annoyance (and it's VERY minor) is the amount of empty space in the heading of each post on mobile. Not sure how much control the software gives you over that styling, but if the avatars could be shrunk to about 50% of their current size on the mobile view, I think that'd really improve the look.

Also, I tried adding an attachment to this post, and I got an "Error: You are not authorized to create or remove attachments" message. Not sure if you even want that as an available option or not, but right now it doesn't seem to be working.

In any event, thanks much for all you do for this community. It's greatly appreciated.

Been on the site in my iPhone, everything has been ok with posting and all of that, but I went to change my avatar, and when I hit the button to browse my photos, the screen just went blank. It’s most likely something with my phone, and I’ll check on my laptop when I get home, but just a little FYI. Overall though, love the new look.

A small quirk with logging in. When I come to the main page, in the upper right hand corner is the option to log-in or sign up. When I click on it, it tries to bring a drop-down dialog down but it never renders. I can click it multiple times with no actual log-in action on my part. I then have to click on the members listing and find my profile. Whatever happens at that point, the board presumes that I am who I am and from then on the upper right hand corner will display that I'm logged in with notifications and messages to the left. I use Firefox.

I don't think there is a way to do that, but I'll look into it.

The old board ran in frames, which are archaic. I decided to dispense with that. The one upside was the board could have the banner in a separate frame.with the board itself having no logo.

No such problem here. I personally use Firefox for the majority of browsing, with Chrome as a secondary browser....

I meant having a threaded view on the main page with the replies indented. This way you see the whole thread and who is replying t whom. I find that far superior to just seeing the initial post.

Nope. I run adblock on my Firefox. Just had to do the same behavior as I mentioned above "to log-in" or at the least for the site to recognize me. To be clear, I have never typed in my log-in information, but I'm not logged in when I visit the main page. Navigating to the member's list and finding my avatar, some secret hand-shake happens and the site recognizes me such that when I go back to the main page my account is in the upper right hand corner.
