  • Wentz is the biggest issue this year

I love the guy. He just hasn't returned to 2017 form yet.

    - He lacks confidence
    - He's not seeing the field
    - He's not getting the ball down field
    - He lacks touch on the ball
    - He's holding the ball way too long - Good QBs beat pressure by getting the ball off
    - He's not throwing in rhythm to spots on the field
    - He doesn't have this locker room right now

Notice when Foles took over, it changed everything last year. All the sudden the WRs are looking good.. The offense is scoring.. The defensive is playing well. It was contagious. Truth be told, he's the best Eagles QB of all-times.

    Foles:

    https://www.nbcsports.com/philadelph...u-wont-believe

    - One of the best single seasons of any Eagles QB ever 27 TDs and only 2 Picks with a 119 rating in 2013!!
    - One of the best single season games of any QB in the history of the game with 7TDs
    - Superbowl MVP
    - Had Alshon not dropped that fourth down pass last year, Foles makes it another NFC championship at minimum and adds more playoff wins to his resume.

    1. Foles
    2. McNabb
    3. Michael Vick
    4. Ron Jaworski
    5. Wentz

It is isn't? I've been an Eagles fan since you were a twinkle in your fathers eyes I speak the truth. Foles was a winner. Stats mean nothing if you ain't winning.

What a laughably terrible take. Wentz is the least of the Birds' problems. Give him a healthy line and a competent set of receivers and he would be lighting it up!

This team looked exactly the same last year. Then Foles stepped in and team responded in a very positive manner. We almost made it to another NFC championship. Foles also had a great connection with Alshon as well. Wentz not soo much. Seems like he only wants to throw to Ertz.
Wentz had some good regular season games in 2017. If you let go of the man crush for a minute though, you'd see he really hasn't done anything in the NFL yet.

Had some good regular season games ?? He was the leader for MVP when he got hurt.

Please back up your Foles argument with the success he is having as the starter for his new team.

totally stupid....Shwartz is the biggest problem with this team! Then its Howies Drafting....then its lack of talent in the backfield,,,see Howie...then its Wentz Holding onto the ball to long....which can be fixed.

Dude he played well in some regular season games for one season. What's his record as a regular season starter? How many playoff wins does he have under his belt? How many Pro Bowls has he been to? 0
He hasn't returned to "MVP" form since the knee injury. The kid needs to step up and show he'e elite. Because I haven't seen it lately.

Talent in the backfield? Jordan Howard is one of these most productive RBs in the NFL. These dummies just don't know how to use him. And he's still young as hell! Sanders is very talented and promising also. RBs aren't the issue imho.

                            #24s stats:

                            77 carries for 347 yards 4.5 avg
                            8 catches for 53
                            5 TDs

He should be getting 20-25 carries every single game.
