IT WORKS AS A PREVIEW, BUT THEN SEZ I AM NOT AUTHORIZED TO ADD ATTACHMENTS.

On my phone, when I post or reply there is a camera icon on the upper left. If you hit that it gives you the option to upload a photo. I think attachments are turned off for everyone.
