He's 30. They can keep that 19M on the cap and wait until they get a great offer for him. You telling me Denver or at least five other teams wouldn't give up a 1st and more for him next year? They only have Kyle Allen's rights for one more year, so they could have him as the starter coming into next year and if he blows run Cam back out there. I don't see any rush for Carolina to make a decision on scam.
