Everything is discussed on this board, it is what makes it entertaining a lot of the time. Between Smegma's dating life, Irish George's shit threads, and Kelly Green bashing, this place is can be off the wall and enjoyable. Politics however taint all of that. Regardless of where your political loyalty lies, politics will always be divisive. Its the nature of the beast. We all agree on one thing here, the Eagles. It's the connective thread for us and has made good friends of many of the board members who otherwise may not have ever met. CNN, FOX, MSNBC and every other news network cover politics ad nauseam. There is no escape from it and this place although political at times recently, has been a haven from it. Politics divides people. That much is evident this past week. People are on one side of the fence or the other in relation to recent events on the weekend. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and they have them for many reasons. The unfortunate part is that many of those opinions are emotional flashpoints for people for their own personal experiences. It draws a line between us here, and ultimately we all came here because of our love for the Eagles. That in itself causes us enough strife. I guess what I am trying to say is leave politics for another board. This place is an escape, politics is real life and most times not entertaining.
