highsmith started out as a scout for packers and worked his way close to the top. Believe he has a very good eye for talent.

He left with wolfe for cleveland just a year ago. Things must have been getting bad in GB for those 2 to go to that shit show.

Browns are going analytics heavy at the top now alongside Dorsey. Their loss could be our gain.

both of these guys will have their pick of jobs in a week. We need at least 1 of them. I'd prefer Highsmith since Wolfe working 'under' Howie is a not going to be something that appeals to Wolfe (or at least i cannot imagine it would).
