Not looking like we will be able to grab one of the top-3 guys in the draft. Better to sign Anderson (or Perriman) and have the flexibility to just draft the best receiver and not force a burner.

I don’t think he’d qualify as an insurance policy. He’s going to end up getting anywhere from $1-3M more than Desean. He’s a starter.

Still, I’d take him or Perriman. But I’d prefer Perriman.
