The Eagles don't trust Wentz. They shouldn't--he can't stay healthy--whether it's his fault or not is irrelevant.
Not having a good quarterback is bad luck.

Ok fine ... then tell the fucking truth instead of some bullshit about being a "quarterback factory" and "value" and "character guy" etc etc etc when grilled on the decision by the media.

Edited to add: Which I'm confident also means they weren't straight with Wentz either.

Wrong. Hurts upside is Tyrod Taylor. The QB Factory will face liquidation if they think this kid is the future.

Listen Asswipe and just listen,, stop talking until you have something to say that makes sense, nobody said they are trading Wentz. They are following a trend on mobile / running QB's in order to trade him to a desperate team down the line. Remember Howie trading Bradford for Gold, same thing.

If you think the QB Factory is going to turn him into a first round pick, you're a fucking moron. They passed on first round talent in hopes they can get a future first rounder?? Eat a dick.

                  It was a pathetic pick.

Best theory on it that I can come up with is:

                  1. Save $1M in cap space (Sudfeld vs Hurts)
                  2. Get some value out of him as a gimmick/Wildcat player
                  3. If Wentz goes down, he is better that Sudfeld

But, by no means does that little upside justify a 2nd round pick.

I guess there is trade bait angle too, but I don't see anyone giving up anything of real value for him.

Another Douche that does not read or listen, never said they would get a 1st, said they are trying to do things like they did with Bradford. Just trade bait down the line.

They just drafted him in the second round in a deep draft you fucking dolt! Just sit this one out. You're reaching a new low and I didn't think that was obtainable.

Some how the Eagles are going to showcase him enough to want to trade him for a first rounder. That sounds like a great strategy. Who cares about this season?

I’ve generally appreciated Howie for the Super Bowl. He made the right moves. But the honeymoon is over. The 3 draft choices we have made in the 2020 draft confirm that he is in over his head on draft day. The SB has gone to his head and he just has to show how much smarter he is. Getting weapons for Wentz, shoring up the LB, DB, and OL should have been the focus. Too many question marks with his WR and LB selections and Hurts is not a critical need. And it is fair to question his QB ability.
