Whenever I sell tickets online I use the Eagles/Ticketmaster website. They take a cut of the transaction and I figure that way if anything goes bad it would be difficult to blame it completely on me.

I will also transfer my tickets without the service charges to people I personally know who I consider trustworthy.

But selling to an anonymous person I always run through the Eagles's site.

THEY WILL GET A LETTER STATING WHAT HAPPENED AND IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN THEY COULD LOSE THEIR SEASON TICKETS, AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS IN UPPER TIER.

I do not believe they could blame it at all on you.

I'd like to see them try to argue that the PSL agreement that places responsibility on you for whoever is in your seat allows them to cancel your PSL when the person placed in the seat was obtained through the service they provide and for which they receive compensation.

FWIW - a relative of a friend of mine did something stupid in the merchandise store and I got one of those letters.

I called them, intending to go all Johnny Cockslag on them with the position of: "how the hell am I supposed to screen it beyond what I had done (knew the person who gave the ticket to his relative for over 20 years, blah blah).

I didn't even have to go there because they immediately told me not to worry about it.

A friend of mine had season tickets in the early 2000’s, lost his license for DUI and offered me his second ticket in exchange for a ride to the games since I don’t drink. Never had a single incident, either tailgating or at the games, it was just a different time I guess.
