Keep drafting backups who are good enough to start and then keep trading one of your two QB's and then use another high pick for another guy every 2-4 years?

It's a good thing I didn't have a mouthful of food when I heard Howie say "We are quarterback developers. We want to be a quarterback factory." I've been an Eagles fan my entire life and no where in Howie's tenure have they been "quarterback developers." Howie should stick to something he's good at, like restructuring contracts but Lurie should keep him far away from evaluating talent for the draft because he absolutely sucks at it.
