  • Inquirer sent me offer $29 for 6 month’s subscription

That’s a steal. Just thought I’d share in the event anyone else has been considering getting one. They’ll sell a shitload of subscriptions at that price.

Do you pay them or do they pay you?

Supporting local papers is the smart thing to do.
And those subscriptions include the online version of the paper.
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

CHILLING OUT WITH A NEWSPAPER AND COFFEE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING IS A REALLY GOOD WAY TO START YER DAY.

IT'S A SHAME THAT NEWS PAPERS ARE DYING OFF BECAUSE OF THE INTERNETS.

They just threw in a set of steak knives.

            Wait, there’s more.

Act now and get a box set of Neil Sedaka’s greatest hits. The Ref was a boom mic holder for some of those songs.

I agree it is important to support local news and sports coverage. The problem is the Inquirer and many other organizations like them have been forced to decimate their reporting crews.
