Cut the anti-Flyers BS. This Flyers team is special. Don’t miss out on a Philadelphia team representing and turning up just for some contrarian fringe narrative.

Bad teams can not score goals like this one:

    Charismatic megafauna.

Flyboys lookin real good. Youngins stepping up and putting the puck in the net, D looking strong. They held the Crapitols to 17 shots last night.

Give'em a look, they don't look like the lifeless saps they have the past few years as they have been mostly unwatchable these past few seasons.

Loki's gonna laugh at me because I don't know jack shit but what I've noticed in two games is that on defense the Flyers seem to be able to poke check the puck off the other team's sticks an inordinate number of times. Quick sticks.

They're the real deal, IMO. They controlled that game yesterday in every facet. Gonna be interesting to see how they fare against the Lightning since they've had our number for quite a few years now. They play outstanding D, they're strong between the pipes and they can score. Two of their goals yesterday were things of beauty.

This is now Kevin Hayes' team. Now that the playoffs have started, it's time for Giroux and Voracek to disappear as usual. Hopefully, they can ship a couple of these guys to Seattle during the expansion draft. They're probably stuck with Giroux since he has a no-movement clause. JVR and Gostisbehere are also most likely on the chopping block. This team need to find another Danny Briere-type that shows up during the playoffs this offseason.
