To be clear. Wentz is in his fifth year in the league and has started every game he has been available for. Just two seasons ago he completed almost seventy percent of his passes. To blame his inaccuracy on coaching is laughable. He is shitty this year because first Hurts was in his head and now Hurts and Nick Foles are in his head.

Having Hill, Watkins, Hardman and Kelce to throw to means nothing if you are going to throw it five yards over their heads. Like the Glengarry leads they’d be wasted on Wentz,

Did you not like what Wentz was doing prior to this 3-game stretch?

Did your eye test say he was an inaccurate "finished" player?

EDITED TO ADD: If a holding call doesn't get his scramble called back in OT after he took them down the field in crunch time to tie, and they make the FG to win, are we having this exchange?

Is that what dictates whether he's finished or not?

I’m not so sure. I saw where Peyton Manning demanded a full time QB coach on the staff when he went to Denver. I understand not all of Wentz’s issues could be fixed by a dedicated QB coach, but a lot of talking heads that used to play the game and position do believe a lot of his issues can be straightened out.
As for this coming offseason, Lurie needs to use Wentz’s exit interview to demand that he works out with a QB whisperer of the team’s choosing.
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

Assuming your psychoanalysis isn't as "laughable," the idea that someone is in his head and fucking his mechanics still goes to coaching for me.

WTF is that organization doing in not giving him the locker room and not picking a good LB instead of Jalen fucking Hurts? (assuming that IS what is fucking with his head)

He’s pressing. Because the Eagles drafted Hurts, if the Eagles go 3-12-1 this year Wentz’s position becomes untenable. If Wentz gets injured and misses games and Hurts shows competence, Wentz’s position becomes untenable. He knows it’s very possible that after next year he could be another Marcus Mariota shuffling around the league.

If he is in fact completely physically healthy, this shit show is mental. If he is that worried about Jalen Hurts, then he is in the wrong place. Every great QB had their teams draft other QBs and didn’t get this psyched out by it. Mentally strong should be a strong trait in your “franchise QB”
