We'll be dumping all of the salary dead weight this off season and need to make a youth movement. AKA: Rebuild We aren't going to be a contender this year or next so this offseason is a good time to make a big change to make sure it isn't in vein. We should have good draft position both years. We may be stuck with Carson for one more year but if Frank Reich will take him, we should trade him immediately. We need to see what Jalen Hurts has, but I'm sure the new GM will be on the hunt for a QB as well. We are a QB factory as you know. ; ) See below with what we open up next year with.

      General Manager
Mike Borgonzi, director of football operations, Chiefs: Borgonzi hold Chris Ballard’s former job in Kansas City, and was co-director of player personnel with current GM Brett Veach before John Dorsey was fired in 2017. The rebuilding of the defense there should put another notch on the belt of a deserving candidate.

The Chiefs don’t just have the Andy Reid coaching tree. They also have a solid executive tree in recent seasons. Several successful general managers have either started with Chiefs or worked under other GMs in that front office. Currently, there are three recent Chiefs front office staffers in prominent roles across the NFL (John Dorsey, Browns; Chris Ballard, Colts; Brett Veach, Chiefs) For the most part, these executives have built solid teams. The next executive up for a promotion is Borgonzi and he could easily get it this offseason. Borgonzi, who is currently serving as the Chiefs’ Director of Football Operations, has been with the organization for 10 years and has learned quite a bit from the aforementioned executives that he has been surrounded by.

      Head Coach
Eric Bieniemy enters his eighth season with the Kansas City Chiefs and third as offensive coordinator in 2020. Bieniemy previously served as the club's running backs coach (2013-17). Under Bieniemy, the 2019 Chiefs offense finished in the top 10 in total yards per game (379.2), pass yards per game (281.1), yards per play (6.22) and total points scored (28.2). In his second year as the starter, QB Patrick Mahomes became the fastest QB in NFL history to reach 9,000 passing yards and 75 touchdowns, doing so in only 30 games. TE Travis Kelce became the fastest TE to reach 500 career receptions in NFL history and became the first TE in NFL history to record back-to-back 1,200 receiving yards seasons. WR Tyreek Hill became the fastest wide receiver in Chiefs history to record 4,000 career receiving yards, tallying 4,054 receiving yards in 58 games.

Eric Bieniemy Continues to Prove He's Beyond Ready for His Head Coaching Opportunity. When the 2020 NFL regular season is all said and done, Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy will once again find himself amongst the list of candidates to fill head coaching vacancies across the league.

I like that list and would add Robert Saleh, Brian Daboll, and even Sean McDermott to the mix for HC.......for DC I would looking into the 49ers, Colts position coaches.

Sean seems to be happy in Buffalo.
Although, I guess we’d have to ask RSE if people can truly be happy in Buffalo.
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.
