No big deal. Most of us were drunk anyway.

Here's the thing. Many of us knew they fucked up this draft back in April. That's why we're all so frustrated. Wentz is taking most of the heat when we all knew they failed him back then. I was hoping to eat crow but that ship has sailed. It's obvious our cunt GM failed Wentz. Unfortunately, this QB will not throw players or coaches under the bus. That's just not what he does.

Wentz isn't perfect. We all know this. I've watched enough football to tell when players aren't running the correct routes and are dropping catchable balls. They showed one play where the offensive line was setting up a screen on one side while the other players were running a totally separate play on the other side. That is not on the QB. If Wentz underthrows a pass, it up to the pass catcher to come back to the ball. At the very least, draw a pass interference call. They just don't have the skillsets to get that done here.

The question: would the poorest rated QBs in the league be even worse if they played for the Eagles? ......is unanswerable and moot. A better question is what would the best QBs do? The best would succeed. They would overcome a weak OL. There have been seasons where injuries have caused WEAK OLs on all teams. A list QBs adjust to it. The others don’t. The Eagles have a coach who calls plays as if the 7 Blocks of Granite were protecting Wentz. So, he stands back there too long and gets buried. No quick crossing routes. Just poor decisions. The best QBs are also great leaders. They would make sure the right plays were incorporated. And the best QBs don’t miss their wide open targets when there is little or no pressure. Wentz is better than what we have seen but he is mentally shot and has become part of the team’s problems. He should be replaced.
