    Doug continues to coach like he's ready for an extended paid vacation. And Howie is in over his head as a player personnel guy.
    bring in an experienced head coach, and a skilled open minded offensive coordinator. Howie needs to be put back in the closet and let him manage the money. I don't want that fool anywhere near a draft board or a war room. He shouldn't even be allowed on Lurie's personal jet to the NET combine.

    I completely agree with you about Howie. He is a good guy at managing money but he should NEVER be allowed into the evaluations of talent or who the team should draft.

      Why doe we say “Howie is good at managing money” when we are in cap hell that prevent a turnaround for at least 3 years?
