Major issues with FO, scouts Ect. Scouts told Howie to draft Jefferson he went on his own and took Raegor. In the 2nd, doubts were screaming for Chinn and Howie ignored them, again went on his own noting no one else wanted Hurts and drafted Hurts.

Howie is the #1 issue here pure and simple. #2 is a coach who clearly has packed it in. He may or may not be good but he has given up and semblance of doing his job as a HC.

Agree about Howie. But Doug looks like a decent head coach and play caller who desperately needs an offensive coordinator or brilliant QB.
