Hopefully he is salvageable. I tend to give players the benefit of the doubt unless they are not putting in the necessary work.
I wonder about Benchz' commitment to the team. I know this has been a strange year but it seems that unlike Doug, the players don't play hard for Benchz. Sometimes I wonder if the rest of the team even likes him. A fire under his azz won't fix that but maybe he can be motivated to work harder. I can't get the phrase "sloppy practice habits" out of my head.
