    Carson’s passing game coordinator buddy is also likely gone.
    Word is that a real OC will be hired.
    No word on any front office changes. I suppose Howie is safe.

    Who do you think would be on the short list for the real OC job? Ive seen Jim Caldwells name thrown around but I cant see Doug wanting to bring him in.

      Like the coaching changes last off season, I would have to believe that it’s out of Doug’s hands.
      Loss of play calling should be taken away from him.
      Might Doug’s eventual replacement be put in place?

        I held out hope that this arrangement might work, but the organization got too cute with this one(tried to copy SF).

          Sounds good to me. Obviously I wanted Howie gone but I think that at #6 he'll manage to make the pick that any competent GM would.
