  • The King has spoken

Although he calls himself a Cowboys fan, LeBron James says his current favorite player is Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz.

There's a shock. A cowboy fan jumping ship when his team starts losing. Beat it Lebron, we don't need you and your fake fandom.

Highly accomplished athlete acknowledges the high level of play by a younger athlete.

          How dare he.

Just an FYI...there is a good chance that "turd" will be suiting up with Ben and Embiid next year. You will love him when he gives us a few more parades on Broad St.

It comes across as blatantly insincere. That he is a great athlete is a given. But that has nothing to do with how much of a panderer this guy appears to be.

You dont think its contrived that this announcement emerges when James is in Philly talking to the Philly media?

The guy goes to NY and he wears a Yankees hat. Then he shows up at the ALDS repping the Indians.

He is a poser just as much as he is a great athlete.

                  Ok, man.

How could it be possible that an elite athlete is a fan of quality athletes and doesn't behave like a diehard about his local team?!?!?!

                  What a jerk!

Don’t rule it out. If the Sixers make the playoffs and perhaps win a round, they will be his best option, in my opinion.

They can give him max money and a clear path to championships. With a starting lineup of Simmons, Redick, Covington, King, and Jojo and a bench with Fultz, Saric, etc., who is beating them?

                        it certainly sets up Sixers-Warriors

would be the highest ratings this side of Kelly Green.

Anything is possible, but saying there’s a “good chance” is just ridiculous at this stage.

There are only two landing spots for LBJ...LA or Philadelphia. He has a better chance to tie or exceed Jordan's ring total with studs like his protege and pal Simmons and Embiid rather than the dreck that the Lakers roll out every night. For that reason I can consider Philly to have the inside track.
