Last season, Cox rarely practiced with the team. Every week I checked, he was listed as not practicing due to rest. While that makes sense if it is one of the three typical practice days (Wed, Thurs, or Fri), it seemed like every week it was usually at least 2 if not all 3 days. He may have been battling a nagging injury since training camp. Combined with fewer stats and his high salary cap number, I think there is a likelihood the Eagles could move on from Cox in order to get some value back during this rebuilding year.
