It's not Howie. It's Lurie making the first and second round picks. Howie is just Lurie's proxy and scapegoat for them. It's been documented that Lurie has input on the early picks which is why they have done much better with the late rounders. J.J. and Reagor should be gone, Barnett too but they are kept for appearance purposes. At the very least Reagor should've been benched but instead they're forcing balls to him. Jeff, his son and his son's roommate are the problem.
