Wondered what you barristers thought of Hurts' letter to the WFT. It strikes me as 60% PR (I'm a good guy looking after the public good) and 40% ensuring that he is on record for having taken prudent steps at the time of the incident to help the stricken and also is taking prudent steps to ensure that the WFT bears all the responsibility, not Hurts. It's basically a self serving letter that tries (probably unsuccessfully) to avoid being sued by the victims for some negligence claim that he somehow caused their damages by waving to the crowd or whatever. Palsgrafian.
