  • EAGLES TRADE FOR ROBERT QUINN

Eagles acquired EDGE Robert Quinn from the Bears in exchange for a fourth-round pick.

The Eagles are 6-0 and have their sights set on a Super Bowl. With Derek Barnett (knee) lost for the season in Week 1, Quinn gives the Eagles more juice off the edge, alongside guys like Haason Reddick, Brandon Graham, and Josh Sweat. Quinn, 32, has 102 career sacks and had been on the trade block dating back to the offseason. Going to Philly puts him in a spot to contribute in a playoff run.

I'm sure Josh Sweat and Brandon Graham will pick him up at the airport.

Perfect move. They now have 4 legit DEs. The rotation will help both him and Graham, who can still play.

You are right, Graham has been in there allot and at his age he will need breaks more often to get through the season and have juice left in the tank.

a lil long in the tooth but after losing Barnett its a smart move,,,still 11 games to go and god forbid; we lose another end before the PO's. He will be a solid addition...I have to say Josh S has been really coming into his own since getting the Promotion,,,this can only make then D line better...We need more pass rush that's for sure.
