By far one of the best guitar players I have ever seen, right up there with Frank Zappa and Steve Howe...was a huge influence to me and many other musicians..Personal friends and those through out the world....The guy truly pushed the boundaries of what the guitar was capable of. One show will always stand out; the spectrum,,,6 months before the untimely death of Stevie Ray Vaughn....I saw Jeff Beck open for Stevie,,,a personal Highlight of my younger concert days....I recall a story by Billy Gibbons who was personal friends with Jimi Hendrix,,,Jimi went to his house with Jeffs latest album,,,and Jimi telling Billy,,Mannn how does he do that??We gotta figure that out,,,wow that's cool! Yeah that's right,,,the guy influenced everyone! My thanks to the powers that be for giving us Jeff....He was a gift to Humanity...rest well.
