OT Newer Cell Phone Companies/Cell Plans

I've had AT&T forever, pay about 75 a month but hardly ever talk on the phone, text very little compared to a teenage girl and use maybe 2 gig in data

I see some of these new companies like Mint and Visible that are a lot cheaper for about the same features and I'm thinking of switching
(ie Mint has $15 a month plan for 4 Gig of data and unlimited talk and text...am I missing something, what's the catch?)

Anybody sign up with one of these companies? How is it? Any recommendations?

I can't speak on those companies. But I've been on Google Fi for almost a decade (8ish years). 2 peeps - we don't use much data (wifi and all that) $50-60 a month. Was spending $150+ a month with verizon before hand. We might be a grandfather plan. But really never had an issue. Runs on US Cellular, Sprint & TMoible.
