I'm not excusing the excessive use of the pass that last gane but it did occur to me that him, Steichen and Hurts decided to test his arm and get some reps in since he was on the mend for a few weeks and the game "should" have been a cake walk. Maybe just loosen up his arm get it in game shape with 2 weeks off before the playoffs. Just a thought. Doubt they throw 50 times unless they are down and the game dictates it. If they do we are probably an one and done.
