Elevate Johnson QB coach to OCoordinator...no clue on D but it needs to be a great selection

I’m fine with making Johnson, Hurts has really evolved. Stouland is the run game coordinators so it should be the least disruptive. There is going to be a lot more turnover on the defensive side of the ball so changing coordinators might not make as much of a difference.

Promote Johnson, I think he was a big part of play design already. DC I won't pretend to know who the up and comers are and if the Eagles have a good internal candidate - would prefer an outside hire for some reason. The timing for DC sucks when guys like Fangio, Flores, Evero, and Wilks

All the good DC's are gone. Who do they got left out there Lovie Smith? Not sure a name is out there right now and promoting within I would have no clue.
