plenty of people thought 9-7, 10-6 - borderline playoffs.

they exceeded expectations but last year they had a good rookie QB and blew a couple games in finishing 7-9. i don't think it's that big of a surprise that the guy they traded up for has turned out to be a franchise QB.

the rest of the team has surprised me, but i don't think this even tops 2013 as far as improvement from the prior season goes.
