    His playing blared out of my Radio Shack Flavoradio when I needed it the most.

    I actually got his autograph on a Mull of Kintyre 45 picture sleeve somewhere.

    Always enjoyed "Time to hide" on Wings over America. RIP

                    Denny Laine was shitcanned by the Moody Blues before they really became something. When they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame they let him in with the group out of pity.

                      as huge Moody Blues fan I did read the whole article yesterday..Im pretty sure he decided to leave the band..shorly after the success of "Go Now" to form his own band. John Lodge and Justin Hayward joined the band shortly after, and the rest is history....seen um 17 times....not a bad show in the bunch.
