                Smith, Hurts, and AJ have all shown frustration on the sidelines with the way the O is being run. Swift is productive and explosive, but the OC seems to forget about him and go all big play pass mode on short yardage.                   My experience as a fan, firing a coordinator has not worked out. Going back to McDermott, which led to hiring Castillo, until he was fired and Bowles(a good DC) couldn’t even fix it by then.

                  under Doug they shitcanned Groh and that didn’t work out and was a sign of things to come.

                    I beg to differ..when he was coaching still too many third and longs converted along with pathetic tackling was a constant throughout the year
