Scheme, work ethic, culture. The defensive line didn't just go to shit in a season because they replace Hargrave with Carter. This is across-the-board terrible coaching and terrible work ethic.

Spilled milk, we need tons of help...We gave the guy years at locking down a starting roll...If he gets a fresh start without the weight of being a number 1, and plays well then I'm happy for him...They gave him years to take that starting Job and never got it done. I have no ill will towards him,,but not crying he's playing better now he's getting more snaps....
