I know I am old and cranky but all of these tributes to Rhys Hoskins seem excessive. He was a decent player but no Jimmy Rollins or Chase Utley. Six years with one playoff run and a cool wife who bought fans beer does not equal video tributes.

With Schwarber being relegated to DH (Thank God) there was simply no place for Rhys on this team. Yeah, I liked him a lot too as he's a great dude and a true Phillie but he was a GOD-Awful first baseman and he was gonna command too much money for a guy to occasionally hit DH or PH.
