The guy is a top WR, homegrown talent, and very importantly not a diva. I have heard no complaints from him about contract (he's underpaid) or about not getting the ball enough (he plays well with AJ Brown). This is an incredibly rare combination for the Eagles.
He has the potential to grow and be one of the young leaders this team will need going forward. If you are interested in building strong culture this is incredibly important. I say extend him now. Make him an Eagle for a long time.
