And that Packer defense is no bunch of slouches.

Impressive result. Better than I expected.

I just have no idea what Hurts was doing on so many plays. Throwing the ball away and going up 8 is fine.

That's what is so frustrating about him. No doubt he has tons of talent but he makes multiple bone headed plays every game that puts us in bad situations. Even the 2 ints were horrible decisons.

He really kept this game closer than it should have been.

I don't think you can make any judgements based on that game. Too many intangibles. The travel, field, first game of the season. Love was pretty bad too. It was a pre season game that counts. It was 50/50 and they got the win. Nothing more.

I sat in the Vet on a beautiful September day and watched the Seahawks beat the Eagles 38-0 on opening day. I don’t think it was to early to draw conclusions about that team.

I tend to agree with this. I didn’t like to have to start the season in this situation with so many variables and downside. We lost out on a REAL home game with ridiculously long travel. For the opener! Against an NFC contending rival to boot. That sucked.

I take getting out of there with a win and relatively injury free any time!
