Here's my thought about the bend don't break mentality on defense the Eagles have.

When your philosophy is based upon allowing the opposing offense to march up and down the field but stiffen in the red zone the defense is going to spend a lot of time on the field.

No wonder they give up big drives at the end of games. They're tired out.

Level of agreement: 100%. used to happen with that Winnie the Pooh looking m'fer when his fast offense went three and out repeatedly. The thing is, you also need an offense to perform in order for the bend don't break to work. And that ain't happening. Complementary football or something.
