  • Saquon is awesome but...

It's really crazy that he's made huge mistakes that either cost them or made things way too interesting in three games.

Sliding short of the first down was insane. Pretty sure he thought that was 2nd and 10.

Bad situational awareness though I can see how it would happen, they are probably driving home the message to stay in bounds and keep the clock running…gotta be aware enough to know a first down is worth more than the 40 seconds you just saved by sliding.

suppose he has not played in a lot of these situations up in NY

Was thinking the same thing. I think he is trying too hard. I also wonder how tense the end of game management is with Nick involved.

          “but”...........Bwahahahahahaha

Well, using similar reasoning, since I’ve seen both Smith and Brown drop passes this year they should be cut from the team to make room for new receivers. Since Barkley perhaps made a minor error, we should keep him but demoted him to special teams.

What a barrel of crap post.

Yeah, that's extremely far from what I'm saying.

              No it isn't.

              It's exactly what you said.

Either you're saying Barkley make huge mistakes because he doesn't have the smarts to play the game, or maybe you're just trying to impress us with your amazing football acumen. Either way, it doesn't work.

We won’t be having this discussion much longer if they keep having him get 25+ touches per game.

I don't think he intentionally slid. It just looked like his legs went out from under him (unless he said different in the post-game).

He said he did. Overthinking I guess.
