What else can they really do? The only other DEs on the roster right now are Josh Sweat, Nolan Smith, and Jalyx Hunt. While I don't expect it to be a full time thing there aren't many other options than to give him some snaps at edge.

Give smith the reps..I'm not so worried about the pass rush as I am with the fact BG was the run defense Anchor! Hoping we don't see the drop off we saw a few years ago when he got hurt.

BG injury is massive. We have zero depth and you can't just find a DE on the street. This could really hurt our defense bad.
