  • Pro Bowl being sandwiched between the CCG&SB

Suxs,,never liked this,,give the guys in the big game a chance to play in the poser game,,have that week of recognition, but No. Players from both teams don't play and fans and players miss out. Move it back to the Sunday after the SB , Keep it in Hawaii. and no more of that 2 idiots pick a team crap...AFC vs NFC!

I've never been a real fan of the pro bowl. Do you watch it every year? I wonder if the players like it this way so they can just get it out of the way. I'm no agent or player, but i got to believe the players care a lot more about being selected to the pro bowl than actually playing in it.

            KG loves the Pro Bowl

Other bowls too: KFC Famous Bowl, toilet bowl, bowl haircuts

They should play the Senior Bowl, then the Super Bowl, then have Pro Bowl be NFL All-Stars versus winning Senior Bowl squad. That would be more interesting.

I think they liked it much more when it was an all inclusive trip to Hawaii after the Super Bowl.

The week before the Super Bowl in Orlando is pretty meh.

They should have a steel cage match instead of the Pro Bowl ... it would be more realistic.

                      Make It Worth Something

How did they used to do it? It should be worth something for the players and be meaningful or just go away. Instead of moving to an 18 game season maybe have the pro-bowel movement week 9 and make it an 18 week season.

Am I wrong? Maybe the winning conference gets home field superbowl.

Never gonna happen.. just had to throw it out there!

Who knows.. maybe we start a movement

Winners get another year guaranteed but it doesn't change the team's cap ramifications. Lots of real money involved instead of the, I think, 50K difference right now (which is still a ton of money for the other 99%).

The only all star game that's played with some level of intensity is baseball for obvious injury-related reasons.

All the other sports involve defense that requires contact.

I think they started doing that because most players fresh off of a Super Bowl win or loss were mostly dropping out anyway. Plus people hated the week of no football (even though it's clearly not football).
