Only thing I can figure is they want Carson to be the one to win the Eagles their first Super Bowl. Nothing else makes any sense.

The other possibility is that the area is closely divided between Eagles/Carson fans and salty Vikings fans. But if it's Queens fans, why is Minnesota green?
