I'm not changing any plans right now but last week i informed my mom I might want to stay over on Tues night. Also blocked Mon, Tues, and Wed as possible days off. So I could attend an event on Wed.

In all honesty if there is any celebration they should have it on Tuesday. Less time for any mayhem and city worker overtime.

I don't buy any security planning concerns 'cos the cops have had plenty of time to plan. If you are concerned about maintaining security you would want the window between the SB and any celebration to be as short as possible.

I could understand weather concerns.

Don't forget that the maintenance worker Belicheat showed the Cheatriots the Iggles parade plans before the last time they met.

Here is the only way that would make sense to me.

If they were going to have some event at the Wells Fargo Center, they would need a little time to distribute tickets and set up the place.

I would prefer any celebration to start in Center City and head to the Linc.

I honestly believe this would be the most convenient and most secure for most or all involved.

Questions are: How would you ticket the Linc? You can't have GA... Tickets would have to be distributed in advance. You would have nutzo crowds in all parking lots.

Would have to pay for security. Could be offset by concession sales.

The only place I'm seeing Wednesday is that one Crossing Broad reference. Elsewhere the thought is Tuesday. If Wednesday is correct, I'll have to make some tough calls like others, but I can probably make it in for the day.
