If you haven't already secured a ticketed spot (many bars offer packages), you will probably have to rely on just picking a place and hoping to get it. There are a few of us here who are doing just that.

Where are you staying? That might determine the best places to try.

Hard Rock Cafe will be doing something, as will McGillin’s and some other places in that area. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting some kind of bar in that area, so I'd suggest just wandering around and asking. Google maps is your friend. And maybe yelp.
