With the Chiefs getting a 2 (2019) and 4 for Peters and a 6, I have no idea what darby is worth.

What I will say is that I'd rather ride Darby out on his last year (I think) and not sign him and let Mills and Jones step in (in 2019-2020 season) than trade him. Obviously, this team is talented enough to win the Super Bowl in 2019, so why break up the band for perhaps a 3rd rounder.

well, the issues at LB and possibly lack of depth at DE need to be addressed. also, $9m over the cap. granted Darby is on his rookie deal and cheap but so are Jones, Mills, and Douglas. getting a high pick (or 2) for Darby might be worth it.

I prefer to keep Mills. 'we' drafted him and I like his physical style and take no shit attitude. Teams need guys like that.

you can't trade foles until you're sure Wentz will be back no later than week 2 or 3. i'm not optimistic he will be ready for week 1. foles is the best insurance policy in the league.

i think they have a good succession plan in place at CB. robinson is gonna get paid. he's also 30 years old. i think it's better to let darby start under his rookie contract, and hope that sidney jones develops into the other starter. then mills goes to the slot.

They ran a lot of 3 safety packages last year so I'm sure one of the CBs could fill Corey Graham's role if they don't bring him back/draft a replacement.
