County, Texas announced it has indicted Eagles’ DE Michael Bennett for felony charge for injuring a 66-year-old paraplegic working at NRG Stadium to control access to field at SuperBowl LI. A warrant has been issued for Bennett’s arrest.

this is bad. i wanted to believe that bennett would fit in here but he just seems like a guy who doesn't get it.

Two things:

1. This is America. The guy is innocent until proven guilty.

2. The timing of this indictment is awfully suspicious. Looks like the DA is a Cowboys fan and held off on the indictment until after the guy was acquired by his team's main rival. Had Bennett been dealt to Dallas I seriously doubt we would be hearing a peep about the alleged incident.
