I've got him somewhere between Ryne Sandberg and Doug Moe. I think my favorite part was when he had Neris walk a guy who went something like 1 for 8 lifetime against him so he could get to the guy who went 7 for 14. He made so many mistakes I literally forgot about some of them.

Well, the Chip Kelly comparison is just recency bias combined with his "I'm smarter than you" management style. He's also got some high School harry shit like benching dubes, who complained, and Gabe responded by saying "good, we want you to feel that way."
