After scoring our last FG, the ensuring kickoff was a critical play, IMO.
The Eagles decision/ability to land the kickoff inside the 10 was key. The failed reverse by NE ate up ~7 secs of clock time (which equates to 1-2 plays potentially) and put them at the 7 yard line.
That play effectively cost NE 18 yards and 1 or 2 plays.
The failed reverse also reeked of desperation. It gave our D even more confidence after the strip/sack and had to be deflating for NE.
Tons of huge plays obviously, but that one flies under the radar a bit. Another great job by The World Champion Philadelphia Eagles.
