Neris had arguably the best splitter in baseball last year and now that same pitch is clearly not showing as much bite as it used to. Seranthony Dominguez will be the Phillies closer by July this year.

I think I've mentioned this before, but Velasquez could also make a helluva closer, but I think the Phillies might try to trade him at the deadline, positioning him as a reliever.
