I imagine it would be something like Simmons scoring 1 point in a game, yet still getting the game clinching rebound and then trying to score it with 20 seconds left and a new shot clock instead of holding onto it or kicking out to a teammate to clinch a game that they instead loss, pretty much breaking their backs in the series against their biggest rival.

Hill missing the free throw and Smith thinking they were ahead sums up LeBron's frustration with that team. I have to think he's not sticking around Cleveland with that cast.

Bonehead play no doubt, but even if Smith knew the score and passed it to James or whoever, there's no guarantee they don't go to OT anyway on a missed shot.

And if Hill makes the second foul shot, GS has 5 seconds to win it.

For sure. Refs were horrendous and none of it matters if Hill makes the free throw.

i'm shocked that the refs overturned a call on lebron when 1) they ended up ruling against lebron 2) there wasn't indisputable evidence 3) it would have been in the best interest of the NBA to maintain the call and extend the series.
