    I'm going to look into using Blender but I figure I'll ask here in case anyone is familiar with software that would be applicable. I'm working in Windows, but I could operate in Linux if required.

    Key features required:

    Adding graphics/text to the screen to show time stamps and other information. If I could import from a .csv, .txt, or other type of simple data file that would be ideal.

    Ability to apply fast-forward, slow-motion, and/or time lapse to portions of the video.
