Maybe a trade for a RB is in order.

Add a little to the cupboard for next year when Sproles is retired and Ajayi may be gone as a free agent...

They will certainly have the option to draft one in what is being described as a decent RB crop.

How about...Ameer Abdullah for a 5th? He's 4th on their depth chart behind Blount, Riddick, and the rookie Johnson.

I agree that someone cut or even a trade should be considered. A Blount clone would be ideal.

i don't see a need for it. ajayi and clement are fine at the top of the depth chart, with some carries for smallwood/adams. we'll see how sproles factors in.

i think they'll just draft an RB in 2019. they've had good luck with UDFAs the past two years but i'd think they'd look RB in rounds 2-3 with ajayi probably walking.

Abdullah has fumbleitis. He was pulled from a couple of games I saw over here last year because of it.
